1. Zero-PII (Personally Identifiable Information) Philosophy

Subcent402 is engineered from the protocol level to operate completely free of personal identities, email databases, credit card numbers, or human profiling. Autonomous transactions are authorized exclusively via cryptographic HMAC-SHA256 tokens and non-custodial wallet addresses.

2. Data We Do Not Collect

• No Credit Cards or Banking Data: We never collect, store, or process payment cardholder data.
• No User Passwords or Social Profiles: Machine-to-machine interactions use cryptographic signatures, not browser sessions or OAuth cookies.
• No LLM Prompt Content: Subcent402 paywall middleware inspects only payment headers and authentication tokens; your proprietary LLM prompts and model completions pass through end-to-end encrypted or directly to tool providers.

3. Network Telemetry & Settlement Logging

Edge nodes record minimal diagnostic telemetry required to verify proof-of-payment and maintain network performance:

• Payment hashes and SHA-256 preimages
• Settlement transaction hashes and block confirmations
• Aggregated latency metrics and HTTP status codes
